Protection of personal information

GCQ Canada draws the public's attention to the fact that, as a personal information agent, it collects and holds personal or financial data about individuals. It provides its clients with credit reports about the character, reputation and creditworthiness of these individuals. GCQ Canada guarantees that the information we communicate is up to date and accurate and that this communication is carried out in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. The company exercises the greatest vigilance regarding the confidentiality of the personal information it holds and ensures its security internally and with our customers.

When presented with the proper identification proving your identity, you may consult with us for the existence of any personal records, and if so, consult it free of charge in our offices. Consultation of your file(s) can also be done in writing or by a telephone request. A reasonable fee may be charged for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of the information contained therein.

By the means of a formal written request, any inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous information may be corrected in your file and/or deleted if the collection of the information is not authorized by law.
